| Holland Pork Inc. (Holland Pork) is an S corporation. It is owned by 32 stockholders. Most are agriculture producers and they supply a significant portion of the companies corn supply needs. Each member of Holland Pork owns a minimum of 1500 units (shares), except for custom feeders who must have a minimum of 2500 units (shares). One voting right is assigned to each unit and the member has a corresponding number of votes for any matter that comes before the stockholders. Being a producer of agricultural commodities is not a requirement. All unit trades must have board approval. Company financial's are available to those who are seriously interested.
